We would also like to share some of the customer reviews here,
One of the customers said that she celebrated Christmas and New Year on board and this was among the best cruises she ever had. She says that the ship was smaller but the food and services were all of the top class. She also said that she loved Tosana and the fresh lobster on board.
Another customer said that she absolutely loved the experience and the staff was very helpful and extremely accommodating. The stateroom was large and huge closet space. She also loved the food and the spa.
Another customer who has been on the Norwegian Cruise as well rates Oceania better and says that they loved the ship, attendants were very helpful, they loved the food and the internet room. The customer said that the internet room was very helpful in keeping in touch with the family through E-mail and the ship charged only $2 per email. Each guest was assigned an email account and the library was also very good. Their room was a bit small but with lot of storage space and the bed and the pillows were of finest quality. Euro exchange was biggest disadvantage because the ship would charge an additional 5% commission. Small pool & small casino, low key entertainment but very good.
One of the customers said that he loved the ship but however he had some minor issues such as the web browsing and TV, video charges were too high and also the destination tours are very expensive and they were unadventurous. The passengers who availed the services of the cruise for the destination tours were treated first class but the independent passengers were made to feel like second class with absolutely no information of the port.
From the above reviews we can very well say that customers are way too happy with the sailing experience on the Oceania Cruises. Things which were rated outstanding by the customers are basics of any hospitality industry such as the quality food, quality services with good and helpful attendants and spacious and clean room along with some others such as the internet room and other activities. No loud announcements and no disturbance are also among the top numbers on the customer’s list. Although it is understandable that the destination services are given to the passengers who opt for it but attention must be given to provide the basic information about the place to the independent passengers.
