Customer Review
One of the pleased customers had to say that their wedding anniversary was made memorable when they celebrated it over the Freedom of the seas. Lots of things to do and lots of good food! Ice show was very good and he recommends everyone for booking a balcony stateroom.
One of the customers really had a good time over the cruise but he has complaints too. Firstly, there is no consistent alcohol policy over the ship and secondly the cruise people have professional photographers to take pictures but they are very expensive, but overall a good job!
One of the customers was very pleased over the number of facilities and brands available over the cruise and also with the size of the cruise. It was massive he said. He loved the Ice Skating show and he was a bit disappointed by the food as he said other cruises have better food. But besides that he considers the Freedom of the seas to be the best entertainment wise.
One of the customers had a great tie and she liked everything from her room to the services to food and the activities but she says her bathroom was extremely small.
Most of the customers seem to be pleased with the services but some others have had a very bad experience such as one of the customers said that this was the worst ship that he has ever been to. Other ships are smaller but better ones. On the last day of the cruise he fractured his hip on the Ice Skating rink and spent the entire night in the hospital of the ship and next day he had to get done a surgery. The sewer line near his room had some problem but no attendant would take care of it and they had no other room available and it was stinking. Another day someone won a free suit whereas they had told the customer that no rooms were available. When he complained to the corp. office they gave him a flat 20% off on next voyage which he refused to take. The food was just ok but the cruise did not have sweet tea and crème for coffee!
With the above review we can asses that although most of the customers have had a pleasant experience, for some others the cruise proved to be a nightmare! Due care must be taken with the problems of each and every customer as the reputation of the company is very important.
