Customer Reviews

One of the customers rates the Disney as the best and fun to be on board and recommends everyone to go for it if they get a chance. Another customer just loves the Disney magic!

One of the customers revealed that she has been in Disney for three times and she thinks it’s great because they not only have activities for the kids but they have plenty of activities for adults as well. She specially liked the Salsa lessons, Martini and the rejuvenating spa! She liked the food which was extremely delicious and service where everyone is so polite and would go out of their ways to help you out. She said the kids thoroughly enjoyed and you can drop them as early as 9 am and pick them up at 1am and the staff would ensure that they are entertained and safe. She says if you are looking out for a vacation in which the entire family is happy then you are looking for the Disney Cruise Line.

One of the customers who had been gone through to 6 Cruises rates Disney better than the Norwegian Cruise. She found the food on the Norwegian cruise to be bad, attendants were rude and unfriendly and they ended up paying extra for special dishes which was again not so good.

One of the customers said that she absolutely loved the experience as the Disney had created the Magic thy said and they did not miss out on any detail. Disney had mailed tons of information before hand and they also mail you the luggage tags so that once you arrive the luggage goes straight to the boat. She said everything was like a dream come true.

Based on the above customer reviews the Disney Cruise seems to be quite popular among the customers with the major positive being that it not only entertains kids for which Disney has been known over the years but the cruise also offers plenty of options to the adults for their recreational activities. The customers also seem to be pleased by the services and the staterooms as well as the special rooms. It also has been rated better than the Norwegian Cruise on various factors such as the food and service.
