Customer Speaks!
One of the customers said that it was their first cruise with lot of questions in mind before they boarded a Celebrity Cruise ship and it was awesome experience for him. By the end of the journey they said that everything exceeded their expectations and from food, service to accommodation, everything was the best and they consider using the company again and recommend to friends as well.
One of the customers said that she once tried the Norwegian Cruise but the food was far below the standards and taste of the food that she had on Celebrity.
One of the customers who has previously been to at-least 11 Cruises including the Norwegian Cruise said that the Celebrity Solstice was the best among them and She loved the food, drinks – four kinds of drinks, variety of tea and coffee available for free and that too for 24 hours a day. The services, she found that they were excellent and also if due to a bad weather, they were not able to visit a port, the port fee was returned even though they got to see a new port instead of the closed one.
One of the customers from the constellation ship said that he didn’t have a good experience on board as the food was nothing special, service was bad, room attendant did not do their job properly, concierge class was not that great, cut backs everywhere and nobody seemed to care.
One of the customers said that even though he had a good time on board and enjoyed all the services which were very good but he complains that the ship was a very old one, the food at the main dining room was bad, the attendant at the spa was a bit rude, the shower was old with a mold and concierge service was too bad.
On the whole customers have rated the Celebrity cruise as great cruise with some customers rating it far above the Norwegian Cruise but, if a little attention is paid towards the quality food and the additional services such as the spa, the attendants are meant to be customer friendly and also on the quality of the ships because it is not only about the customer’s review but running an old ship might prove to be extremely risky over a period of time.
