  • One customer said that food was of great quality and it was also available in bulk quantity. He particularly liked the neat and clean environment of the cruise and said that the structure of the cruise was well maintained. Further he said that the entertainment and fun activities were amazing and he would not hesitate to go with this cruise again!
  • We found some passengers praising the quality of food and the behavior of staff. They were also glad that the food was constantly available and they never had to wait for it.
  • However, one customer was found saying that he is disappointed by the environment of the ship. He added that the pool and the rooms were too small and it was looking that the place is quite too small to accommodate all the passengers. He complained that massage was just a sales call! The lady who was supposed to massage him was just trying to persuade him to buy his products instead of performing his duty.
  • Most of the passengers were of the opinion that the cruise had loaded much more passengers than what it can capacitate. They also said that the cruise seemed too overcrowded due to which their trip was a bit off.
  • We also found some passengers who had complain regarding the behavior of staff. They said that this was probably due to the fact they had overworked and were not getting rest. They were of the opinion that the management should provide appropriate rest to the workers so that they remain relaxed and calm throughout their service.
  • Nevertheless, majority of the passengers liked the prompt and quick response of the staff. They said that the staff did their best to serve the passengers and also the sheets and towels were changed regularly.
  • A couple sharing their experience said that they had a wonderful time with the Carnival Cruise. The room, balcony and toilets were clean and the ocean sight was fantastic. The couple was not hesitant to say that will definitely be experiencing Carnival Cruise again and again!
