Nevertheless of the services and facilities it provides, we would like to introduce here the comments of the people who had experienced it…

  • A couple sharing their experience said that it was a memorable itinerary and they are really impressed by the quality of the service. Except that the tea was a bit off, coffee was plentiful and the food items were available in the bulk quantity. The staff of the cruise was very friendly and cordial and they will definitely be looking forward to their next cruise next year!
  • One customer, though happy, didn’t find the dining facilities very well. He says that he, unfortunately, did not get the proper dining facilities. Also he had to wait too long and whenever he looked out of the door, there was always a big line of the waiting persons.
  • Another customer was of the opinion that the services provided here are only of mediocre quality and particularly the products are overpriced which is really troublesome.
  • One passenger said that he spent memorable time in the cruise. Especially its layout was fantastic. Although he had problems with the quality of food items, yet overall it was a wonderful experience for him.
  • Another visitor said that he had no hesitation to say that his experience with Norwegian Dawn was really awesome. The only problem he faced during his stay was food. It was not properly cooked and sometimes extra butter was added in the breakfast.
  • Some customers reported that the stay period at the ports was very short. One customer said that he wanted to pass more time on the ports but the department set a very short time for it which is disappointing.
  • Another pleased customer said that he was personally impressed by the service of Norwegian Jewel. The Entertainment shows were a great piece of excitement. At one moment he was disappointed because he was not able to visit Great Stirrup Cay because of the bad weather conditions but overall it was a good and exciting trip.
  • “The ship was smaller than my expectations but I really love its free style dining style”, said a customer. Due to repair and maintenance work, one pool and one Jacuzzi were closed which is frustrating. He, however, appreciated his experience with the cruise.
  • One customer was found saying that it was an excellent ship with facilities for both kids and teenagers. The staff was very well organized. He was not happy with the toilet privacy but other than that, entertainment was the best ever.
  • Many people complained that rooms were very small and the structure of toilet was really bad. They even said that rooms were not capacious at all.
  • Some customers said that the atmosphere of the ship was clean and friendly but there was no place to play card or games. Unfortunately, all the area was being used for freestyle dining.
  • In the rare cases, some passengers complained that the rooms were not very well furnished and looked pretty old. They were of the opinion that stays on the ports were very short and the products were overpriced. However, the balcony was nice and clean which added to the beauty of Norwegian Cruise.
  • A couple, sharing their experience, said that during our trip, one of the engines failed to work. The response of the staff on that issue was unacceptable and troublesome. Due to this problem, they lost one precious day in Bermuda which was quite frustrating. However, he was particularly very pleased with the entertainment activities. They also said that they didn’t receive any response from the complaint they sent to NCL guest relations regarding their one day loss.
  • Another passenger said that though the food was good but not as good as I was expecting. He said that he enjoyed the parties and especially entertainment activities were commendable.
  • A couple says that the ship was in the top condition and their trip was marvellous. They had no complaints regarding lunch or breakfast and variety of food was available at the dinner. They said that they were very disturbed with the waiters who try to persuade the passenger to buy their drinks after every ten minutes.  They ended up saying that we had fun all the week!
  • We found some passengers who think the freelance cruising style of Norwegian cruise really works for them. They were also of the opinion that as compared to other cruise lines, Norwegian cruise line was the far cheapest! They also commended the level of service and said that the service was nice and excellent throughout the trip.
  • One passenger was found saying that it was my second time I went with Norwegian pearl and it was an awesome experience. The most amazing thing about them is that they are really freestyle. He personally thinks that the best part of the trip was bingo games and other entertainment activities. Talking about the demerits, the visitor said that the same food was served each day.
  • Another visitor said that she had a wonderful experience with Pride of America. The staff was really helpful especially one guy which was there for serving meal. The most important thing was that they also cared for small things which many people usually ignore.
  • An angry customer said that he didn’t get prompt response to the complaints made by him. The food was only of mediocre quality and there were not enough opportunities for sampling. During the whole trip, the sheets and towels were not changed. Often the food was spoiled and the staff tried to serve exotic dishes.
  • Another customer said that the entertainment shows really kept me engaged and interested. The food was up to the standards and the balcony view was fantastic. He said that he also liked the beach entertainment and the computer facilities given by the staff.
  • We had a strange passenger who had two experiences with the Norwegian Cruise Lines. He said the first one was frustrating but the second one was a lot better. He doesn’t know if it was due to the different staff and management but what he knows is that he really enjoyed his honeymoon. When he visited for the first time, he had complaints regarding spoiled food and inappropriate behavior of the staff but in the second trip, all went well!
  • At last we met a passenger who said that he didn’t think he had wasted his money. Dining and entertainment facilities were excellent and that was not the end! Hunting and pool were the other splendid sights he ever had in his life! He further said that he would surely pick Norwegian Cruise again and again without any hesitation.
